Having been born and raised in Fort Madison, I know and love this area and its people.  I graduated from Aquinas High School.  I am widowed and have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren, who I adore.

I have been in the real estate business for over 33 years and am licensed in Illinois; and was Broker/Owner of Property Brokers for 16 years.
I have received many state honors in recognition of excellence in listing and sales and was the only local realtor to receive the Diamond Award for 5 million in listings and sales in one year.  I was chosen 2 years consecutively as one of the Hawk Eye Readers Choice for “Favorite Realtor”. 

I am deeply committed to helping my clients meet their real estate goals and I provide a level of service, strategic thinking and negotiations skills that get them results.  My goal is to gain a client for life!  As a result of having run my own business, I offer many skills which directly benefit the buyers and sellers who work with me.  For sellers, my marketing savvy and strong visual skills are of great value in our current market, where quality presentation and property positioning are key to a successful sale.  I am an excellent negotiator, a creative problem solver and I am diligent, detailed & pro-active.  I work hard to get my clients what they deserve.
