I was born and raised in Fort Madison, Iowa and have been selling real estate since 1983.  I have also been a licensed Appraiser since 2002.  I graduated from the University of Iowa with a BA in marketing.  I have one son, Matt, also a graduate of the University of Iowa, who is currently President of Fort Madison Bank and Trust.  My daughter, Carey, graduated from Iowa State University.  Most importantly, I have discovered that it is possible to have both Hawkeyes and Cyclones in the same family and live in peace. I enjoy helping people with all their real estate needs and have considerable experience in relocation.  I have attended many seminars and assisted people with their moves for the past 20 years.  I understand all the many problems associated with relocating families into new communities and will spend as much time as it takes to make your move a successful one.
